If weed was legal then it would be recognized as an addiction and the addicts would get medical help instead of thrown in jail to suffer with the addiction
It is not about the marijuana. If it becomes legal it is a slippery slope. What's next? When people see it is legal they will only demand a harder drug to be legal.

Not one person has died directly through marijuana use or overdose compared to the hundreds of thousands of people who die each year due to physical activity, cigarettes and alcohol. If anything should be illegal it should be alcohol and cigarettes. But then again why should our government put limitations on things we want to do?

i dont do marijuana but u cant die by smoking it all u can do with marijuana is get high on it i know this for a fact like seriously how many have heard someone die for smoking it and i dont mean like when u get in a car wreck or anything like that cuz u were high on it.also marijuana is very useful u can make paper,very strong rope,and medicine out of it.
people do it anyways either way but we shouldn't encourage people to do it by saying it's legal, let it being illegal hold people back a bit ( But more people do marijuana in the UK than in Holland where its legal so...)

My brother has scitsofrenia bcause of that and sometimes im scared of him. also he started because he got expelled from school, and then he got bypolar, started breaking the walls and its just too complicated to help him. We took him to a phychiatrist hospital and stayed there 4a week and thats where we noticed that he had that bcause of marijuana. By the way i didnt mean to but that marijuana could be taxed and legal i clicked the wrong one
To all you out there that think it won't hurt you and it won't mess with your head then i truly pity you. I have seen the effects of it.My uncle harasses my grandmother just to get more money for it he even brutally beat her cat in front of her just to intimidate her. Now she gets all her money out of the bank just in case he does ask her for it these are some of the things it has done to him please don't do it
Marijuana is actually not as bad as cigarettes. (I smoke cigars.) Marijuana can help reattach nerve endings and heal brain cells. (something that was previously thought to be impossible.
Illegal, just because I think it's silly to use it without (medical) purpose. Why would anyone feel proud of being controlled by a plant. :V I just think it's silly and not a good look for people.
