Guys, what it means is you are gonna run out of oxygen ON TOP of Mount Everest, which means you die,if you run out of oxygen in water(aka drowning) than you die,its not asking for any shortcuts, its DEATH both ways, honestly, this is a no brainer for me,for all the people that want to drown, consider this, ask people that have ALMOST drownded, they say its the worst punishment you could ever have.or do you want to die doing something I personally have always been fascinated with Mount Everest, doing something incredible only a handful of people in history one the world has ever done.or be like millions of people unfortunately that have drowned,my great grandfather actually drowned and is my worst fear, you choose,do something incredible for ( ) this much pain,or do something so awful millions of people that have lived have done and the pain be ( ) I'm also saying this as a person that almost drowned twice(age of 6) and just recently a year or 2 ago,I've experienced the pain, when you think your about to drown which I've endured twice, your heart LITERALLY feels like a knife through your heart and you try too stay conscious, and after you nearly just drowned your heat still feels like it just got stabbed by a knife for the rest of the day, choose is yours people, choose is yours....

Experiencing hypoxia on Everest is much different than drowning. You still have control of your lungs rather than having them filled with a non-compressible fluid instantaneously. So rather than running out of oxygen really quickly and panicking, you slowly deplete your oxygen supply and die rather peacefully. Early symptoms of hypoxia are similar to being drunk anyways. You wouldn't even know you were dying.
