A being that can do anything and knows everything can come out of nothing but a force of energy that resulted in the modern universe during millions of years can't? HA! Which one sounds more realistic? God is a childish idea. The thought of one life form having the "right" ideals and morals over others and having the power to do whatever he wishes is ridiculous.
"How can a big bang happen if there is nothing behind it to create it?" How can a magic man in the sky create the universe if there is nothing behind him to create him?
Big Bang Theory was first described by a Catholic priest, it's okay to choose both. Religion and Science do not have to be at opposite ends of the spectrum.

it is god so you people better listen if you don't think god is real you better get your head in the game fast real fast start reading the bible and you think about how did big bang come it didn't just flash think about it
Seriously.... the big bang is idiotic who created the cause of the explosion and if that did happen, they say people evolve from apes if thats true, there wouldn't be any apes
Ya an explosuion caused the earth... So that means whenever my baked potatoe blows up in the microwave i dont see peices of potatoe crap orbiting it!! Idiots...
People say " something as complex as humans and the Big Bang cannot happen without a creator". Yet they claim that god (supposedly the MOST COMLEX being in existence) doesn't need a creator and is "eternal". Grow up people. God is fictional. We don't know what caused the Big Bang because nobody was there 14 billion years ago. But just because we don't know yet doesn't mean you can fill in the gaps with "god did it"
You really think an explosion started the world as how did the animals get here? No one even know how the "BIG BANG" started??? That's is all for now...
who created god? you dont need to agree with the big bang theory, but there is more proof of it than there is of god. just a book written by some sand people long ago, maybe they had sand in their eyes and thought they saw something.
Yes good logic everyone. Because the Big Bang totally isn't real and it's obvious that the start of the universe just started because of a big man in the sky. You can't say "what started the Big Bang then" when you don't know how god started existing
Yeah dumb***, tell me how much sympathy your god would have if he hadn't let millions of people suffer everyday, or explain how the f*** did he create the world, his d***?
Science can be proven within the bible. The bible says the world was round when atheist thought it was flat. The bible teaches what to do when your sick. Like washing your hands under running water. Science didn't catch up till 1900s. Well you can be monkeys as for me I will be a man. Animals go by what they hear. Humans go by what is facts not theory's. Jesus is lord. Hallelujah!!
"The bible teaches what to do when your sick." You haven't read Leviticus 14:2 - 57, have you? What about Leviticus 15:14, immediately after your fresh water phrase? "The bible says the world was round when atheist thought it was flat." That Bible verse is up to discussion, but not only were there hardly any atheists at the time (if you were one, you'd probably be shunned, punished, executed, whatever depending on culture), the Greeks had known about the world being a sphere long before 1492, and in fact many people did before that voyage. "Well you can be monkeys as for me I will be a man." I suppose this proves that our educational system needs a serious revamp, because humans evolved from and are considered apes (and humans; the 2 are not mutually exclusive). "Humans go by what is facts not theory's." You appear to have a misunderstanding of scientific theories common among Christians who haven't bothered to learn about what they're making a claim against. Wikipedia says (and yes, there are sources cited), "Scientific theories are the most reliable, rigorous, and comprehensive form of scientific knowledge.[3] This is significantly different from the word "theory" in common usage, which implies that something is unsubstantiated or speculative.[5]"
