How is this even a question? 6 MILLION Jews were killed during the Holocaust. The fraction if the people who died during 9/11 is so small as to be insignificant. It was tragic, but some people would choose to save a small number of people over 6 million?

9-11 gave Americans a reason to fight and be proud of eachother. And the death total was less. The holocaust victims were helpless, and couldn't. fight back. The Americans could, and did.

I would not stop the holocaust if I could. Hitler was a terrible man, but do you know what we got from the holocaust. Hitlers v1 missile lead to the v2. This is the basis for space travel, satellites, and today's incredible technological ability. Millions died, but as a result we have so much. The holocaust was horrific, but where would we be without it?

9-11 gave Americans a sense of reality. I can't say I'm glad it happened, but it helped us get our heads out of our ass. Then again, now there's airport security.
