If the holocaust was so long ago that taking it back would change the course of history. 9/11 would just eliminate immediate bad effects. The holocaust was much worse (the crimes against humanity committed are horrendous), but there's a moral to it.

My reason for choosing 9/11 is because it was pointless selfish reason for war. but the holocaust was needed, as twisted as it sounds, for our right as a country to unify and to begin the end racial bias in the government.

I believe the difficulty is supposed to arise from the fact that we have a better idea of what would happen in a world without 9/11 than one without the holocaust...but still, going by body count, the holocaust was definitely worse.

I really must say that the people who are talking sh*t about those who chose 9/11 are rather dicks. Chances are these people are those who directly lost someone to 9/11, not someone they probably never met. Besides that, the holocaust had a lot dead, and if they were alive, there would be a much larger population then today. So either one is rather silly, especially since both are rather fixed points in time.

9-11, cause it brought nothing to the table. Holocaust brought a lot more good. and i dont mean (or care) about the stuff the scientist discovered by all the crazy tests they did. Im talking about how people were outraged, and now there is more respect for humanity, and other peoples race, there are still a-holes out there but i think peoples cultures are more protected under the "if we dont learn from history were sure to repeat it" clause. After 9-11 nothing changed. americas still divided and separated. corrupted and etc. nothing got better, no one got more patriotic. (and stayed that way)
