I don't hate the people who don't know what the holocaust is more than I hate the ones who say it doesn't exist. If it doesn't exist, then obviously WWII never happened, and a genocide was never committed. Smart.

The Holocaust was bad, really bad, one of the worst things ever, but we learned a lot from it. If it had not happened, a holocaust may have happened in the future, maybe even today. But all 9-11 did was increase the prejudice towards Muslims greatly.

Think about it closely. Without the holocaust the Jew's would've never been prosecuted. Then Israel would never have had to been created. If Israel was never created many other war's that wreck relationships between middle eastern countries and the US wouldn't have happened. Because of all this America may not have been as hated by some people which might prevent 9-11.

In theory.. if you stopped the Holocaust, you would halt the Nazi regime's advance. They invaded places so they could get at the Jewish populations. If you stop the Nazis, they never invade Belgium. Then Britain never enters the war, and WWII doesn't happen. The US probably still gets attacked at Pearl Harbor, thus entering a fight with Japan. But, they don't have access to Operation Paperclip, where they took in Nazi scientists after victory in Europe, thus the atomic bomb is never invented, or is invented much later. Japan is instead almost completely destroyed by a conventional US invasion, and is as a result, unable to become an industrial powerhouse in the late 20th century. Nintendo wouldn't be able to revive the video game industry. By stopping the Holocaust, you'd also prevent video games from existing post-Atari.
