I'm an animator. I like books, but movies and stuff are kinda my life sometimes I'd rather read, but watching movies with amazing effects, analyzing the uses of animation, camera angles, and plot devices, getting lost in a world so vibrant and realizing that people created this with colours and shapes on a screen. To me, as magical as books are, the art of movies is so inspiring.

I love books. Movies are just less of a time commitment. If I'm reading a good book I can't put it down any more than I can pause a movie in the middle. So its a lot easier to allocate 2 hours for a movie than 8+ hours for a book.

You got more fun with a book and spend more time doing so, you dont need to charge it and you can take it almost everywhere, fine spend 2 hours watching a move. I relax with a good book with a couple hundred to thousand sites for far longer
