I am value that life however, if abortions are legal, women can go to a doctor, in a sterile environment, and receive an abortion from a trained professional, with clean tools, proper techniques, and survive. If abortions are illegal, women will go into back-alleys, whorehouses, underground infirmaries, unlicensed "doctors" and other places, in extremely unsanitary environments, have abortions performed either by themselves or by men who have no idea how the female reproductive system is designed and who use such tools as fish hooks, coat hangers, and others, not only killing the baby but mutilating the mother and, more often than not, taker her life as well. Do I support abortion? No. But I'm honest and education enough to realize it is a reality whether we support it or not. I value life, that is why I would vote for a pro-choice action.
You shouldn't get pregnant in the first place. Everyones all like it was an accident and i'm all like use a fu*king condum or birth control. You can't end a beings life so ya.
Personally, I just don't like the idea of taking a (could be) life. Idk when life "starts" but I don't feel comfortable taking the chance of killing a human being. I am a female by the way.
President Ronald Reagan said something about abortion that I find very interesting he said, "it seems that anybody whos for abortion, is already alive" they are BABIES they don't have a choice, and you don't have the right to decide for them.
Abortion would not be a problem if people did not have careless sex. Abortion is murder. The baby is alive when it it aborted, therefore the baby is killed. If people would just not have careless sex, or wait to do it, then it would hardly be a problem. The only right time to have an abortion is if the mother is in danger of certain death. Otherwise, no.
For everyone who thinks its ending the life of a living thing; it is. But the living thing doesn't care. More specifically it mentally and physically CAN'T care. And even if the child were not aborted it would either live a terrible life with either little or no life (monetary) support. Or the child would live unloved or left out as an adopted child.
I clicked on one randomly. . . I think you sould have a choice and the world is overpopulated anyway . . . i sound really awful but most abortions are early enough that the baby isn't alive at all yet.

we already have enough abandoned, orphaned, and impoverished children. do you really want to force everyone who is not properly prepared to raise a child to have to have the baby and risk them having a rough childhood, therefore causing more problems with that child who may end up repeating the cycle? Children who have very bad childhoods often grow up to be just like their parents, they were raised that way. Having a child should be an educated decision, and if we constantly have this cycle of misinforming children that it is okay to have a baby in poverty or when they are not mentally prepared we are just adding to the problem by banning abortion. Break the cycle.

What about women who are sexually assaulted? What if they are way too young and it would be way too difficult for them to carry a baby? It's not their fault that they are pregnant. I am not for abortion but I do believe that a woman should have the choice on whether or not to have an abortion.

what if a 14 year old girl was raped and got pregnant? No abortion for her? That is just wrong. any one should have the option to keep...or not keep their baby. Actually when you decide to have an abortion its not even a baby yet . its still a fetus -.-
Abortions occur in the first trimester, usually before the development of a working nervous system. By that definition, the embryo is about as alive as a chicken egg. Being against abortions is the same as being against the consummation of eggs.
