Bill Gates \not only gave us Microsoft, a surprisingly only slightly corrupt company, he's also one of the most charitable human beings on Earth. Steve Jobs was purportedly a dick, he gets no thanks from me. Also Mac stuff is over expensive crap.
I don't want to sound offensive or like I'm pissing on his grave but Steve jobs didn't do much for apple other than market it well. His friend who made the first apple computer should get the thanks. Steve jobs only showed people " look at this thing this other guy made"

apple products are just sh*t now... ipad? ipad mini? thats a enlarged version of a iphone... waste of money... even a tablet has more uses than a ipad... microsoft brings more to the table with microsoft office, xbox, etc. you guys should respect microsoft more...

Also just to add this in here, without Steve jobs, there would be no Pixar movies, or have the movie making abilities that we have today, not to mention apple products and other new technologies
Windows computers are typically faster and cheaper, and I prefer Windows as an OS. The only thing better about Macs is that they look shiny, but so do high-end gaming PCs.
Everything steve jobs "created" already existed in some format. he simply streamlined it. Apple is hardly justifiable as a technology company. its closer to a marketing firm.
