dragah says 'A' - The series centers on Prairie Johnson, an adopted young woman who resurfaces after having been missing for seven years. Upon her return, Johnson calls herself "The OA", exhibits scars on her back, and can see, despite having been blind when she disappeared. The OA refuses to tell the FBI and her adoptive parents where she has been and how her eyesight was restored, and instead quickly assembles a team of five locals to whom she reveals that information, also explaining her background story. Finally, she asks for their help to save some other missing people who she claims are currently in the same situation she has described to them. ////////////////////////////////////// 'B' - The Shannara Chronicles roughly follows the storylines set out in "The Elfstones of Shannara", set in the fictional Four Lands. As the series opens, demons start to return after being banished from this world to a place known as the Forbidding—locked by an ancient tree called the Ellcrys. The series chronicles the journey of Wil, Amberle and Eretria who, with the guidance of the last druid Allanon, must go on a quest to protect the Ellcrys from dying and releasing all the banished demons back into the Four Lands.

dragah says 'A' - On November 6, 1983, in the town of Hawkins, Indiana, 12-year-old Will Byers vanishes mysteriously. Will's frantic mother, Joyce, searches for him while Police Chief Jim Hopper launches his own investigation. Will's friends Dustin, Mike, and Lucas discover a psychokinetic girl who claims to know Will's location. As they uncover the truth, a sinister government agency tries to cover it up, while a more insidious force lurks below the surface. ///////////////////////////////////////////////////////// 'B' - Vice Principals focuses on ill-tempered, dogmatic, and disliked vice principal of North Jackson High School Neil Gamby (Danny McBride), and his ambitions of being promoted to the principal's chair when the principal is due to step down. However, when the current principal (Bill Murray) retires, he reveals that he trusts neither Gamby nor his scheming and seemingly sociopathic co-vice principal Lee Russell (Walton Goggins), and so instead outsources the job to college professor Dr. Belinda Brown (Kimberly Herbert Gregory). When Gamby's attempt to get the school faculty to veto the appointment backfires (as Brown quickly makes a positive impression on the staff with her goal-oriented agenda and amicability with students), he conspires with Russell to find some way of ruining Brown's reputation and installing himself as principal. The show chronicles the schemers' gradual self-destruction as their own biases and unlikable personalities increasingly alienate Brown and the rest of their co-workers.

Rose Rollins, Elvy Yost, Jay Hayden, Jacky Ido, and Alimi Ballard also co-star. //////////////////////// 'B' - Westworld isn't your typical amusement park. Intended for rich vacationers, the futuristic park -- which is looked after by robotic "hosts" -- allows its visitors to live out their fantasies through artificial consciousness. No matter how illicit the fantasy may be, there are no consequences for the park's guests, allowing for any wish to be indulged. "Westworld" -- which is based on the 1973 Michael Crichton movie of the same name -- features an all-star cast that includes Oscar winner Anthony Hopkins and Golden Globe winner Ed Harris.

When her school guidance counselor confronts her about her drug use, it forces Maddie to choose between being expelled or entering rehab. Maddie chooses the latter option and moves into a sober living facility, where she lives with other recovering addicts. Combined with the regular pressures faced by teenagers in their everyday lives, life in rehab proves difficult for Maddie. "Recovery Road" is based on the young adult novel of the same name by Blake Nelson. ///////////////////////// 'B' - The Crown traces the life of Queen Elizabeth II from her wedding in 1947 to the present day. It is expected to span 60 episodes over six seasons, the first season depicting events up to 1955, with Claire Foy playing the Queen in the early part of her reign.

dragah says 'A' - Stand-up comedian/actress Maria Bamford (portrayed by herself) moves back to Los Angeles after spending six months away in recovery for bipolar disorder and attempts to build up her life from scratch with the help of her agent Bruce Ben-Bacharach (Fred Melamed). Throughout the entire first season, flashbacks are employed to gain an insight on Maria's backstory and her relationships with her family and friends. ////////////////////// 'B' - After she is struck and killed by a tractor-trailer carrying a billboard for erectile dysfunction products, a woman named Eleanor Shellstrop wakes up to discover she has entered the afterlife. When she is told by Michael, her facilitator, that she is in a utopia called "The Good Place" (located in sector 12358w) because of her good deeds by helping get innocent people off death row, plus other international humanitarian work, she realizes that a mistake has been made as people think she is someone else with the same name. Additionally, upon arrival, she learns that each person in the good place has a soulmate with whom they are matched and, accordingly, will forever live with in eternity. Hoping to stay in The Good Place, Eleanor must hide her morally imperfect behavioral past from everyone except for her assigned soulmate Chidi, who was a university ethics professor in life. To avoid being sent to "The Bad Place", she chooses Chidi to teach her how to become a better person. Shortly thereafter, Eleanor realizes that her behavior and actions can and do catastrophically affect their world, causing negative and sometimes disastrous events in the neighborhood where she was assigned to live (and which was personally designed and built by Michael). She soon learns that she isn't the only "mistake" that was sent to this afterlife, indicating there may be others like her hiding behind a precarious facade.

dragah says 'A' - Set in the Appalachian Mountains of Kentucky, the series revolves around the interaction of a group of mountain folk known as the Farrell clan and the locals in the nearby town of Blackburg, Kentucky. The Farrells are an isolationist group of mountain folk, who shun normal society and live a spartan existence in the woods. Extremely paranoid of outsiders, the mountain that the family controls is coveted by a national mining outfit for the coal beneath it. At the start of the series, Asa Farrell, a cousin of the ruling family, returns to the mountains after leaving ten years prior in order to join the military and experience life amongst normal society. His arrival coincides with the family matriarch Lady Ray Farrell announcing her intention to cede power to her son, "Big Foster" Farrell. Big Foster, who never forgave Asa for leaving his family, has Asa imprisoned in a cage for six months until he is freed due to his ability to read after an eviction notice is posted at the entrance of the mountain. In town, the mining company has gained approval to evict the Farrell family from the mountain and seeks to expedite the process so mining operations can begin as soon as possible. Deputy Sheriff Wade Houghton is assigned the task to carry out the eviction process. Deputy Sheriff Houghton however, suffers from alcoholism, opiate addiction, and PTSD due to previous encounters with the violent and cold-blooded Farrell family, and the death of his wife. Houghton attempts to warn his superiors that any sort of eviction process will be bloody, result in loss of life on both sides, and will eventually devolve into a lengthy siege with the Farrells holding the advantage through their extensive knowledge of the mountains. The eviction leads to a power struggle, as Lady Ray believes that the impending eviction is the apocalyptic event that the family believes in per a family prophecy. Because of this, she pardons Asa, freeing him from the cage and announces a delay in turning over authority to her son. She continues to refuse to change her mind when Big Foster, upset at being denied power, arranges a raid in town of a local mobster that goes bad and costs the life of Big Foster's youngest son. ///////////////////////// 'B' - James Bell is a Silicon Valley billionaire who dreams of building a hospital with ultimate cutting-edge technology to treat rare and incurable diseases. He partners with a maverick surgeon, Dr. Walter Wallace, who leads the effort in clearing out the bureaucracy of medicine, and focus on forward thinking, advancing technology, and saving lives—at no cost to the patient.

dragah says 'A' - Set in the fictional town of Royal Woods, Michigan (based on Royal Oak, Michigan), the series chronicles the surburban life of Lincoln Loud, who is the only boy and middle child in a family of eleven children. He has ten sisters with distinctive personalities: bossy eldest child Lori; crazy fashionista Leni; guitarist musician Luna; comedian Luan; athletic energetic Lynn; gloomy emo Lucy; polar-opposite twins girly Lola and tomboy Lana; experimental genius Lisa, and baby Lily. Lincoln often encounters problems as a result of his large amount of family members, which his best friend Clyde helps him solve. He normally explains these issues to the audience by breaking the fourth wall and speaking to the viewers. While most of Lincoln's plans to make life in the Loud House easier backfire, his predicaments tend to bring the family closer together in the end. ////////////////// 'B' - The series follows fraternal twins Kate and Kevin along with their adopted brother Randall as their lives intertwine. Kate and Kevin were originally part of a triplet pregnancy, conceived in a bar bathroom during Super Bowl XIV; however, their biological brother was stillborn. Their parents, Jack and Rebecca, intent on bringing home three babies, decide to adopt another newborn (Randall), a black child who was born on the same day and brought to the same hospital after his biological father abandoned him at a fire station.

The plot centers on two nurses on opposing sides of the war who volunteer at the Mansion House Hospital. Characters include nurse Mary Phinney (Mary Elizabeth Winstead), Jedediah Foster (Josh Radnor), James Green Sr. (Gary Cole), Dr. Alfred Summers (Peter Gerety) and Emma Green (Hannah James). Filmed on location in Virginia, the series is based on real people and real events and marks the first American drama to air on PBS in more than a decade. ////////// 'B' - Living in New York City, Dory (Alia Shawkat) comes across a flier asking for the whereabouts of Chantal Witherbottom (Claire McNulty), who she recognises and decides to make it her life mission to find her. She drags her circle of friends into her investigation including her boyfriend, Drew (John Reynolds) and friends, Elliott (John Early) and Portia (Meredith Hagner), who have a hard time understanding her interest but gradually get deeper involved in the mystery. Through their encounters, they get involved with more shady and eccentric characters. Drew finds himself attracted to the sexy but short-tempered neighbor, April (Phoebe Tyers) in his building, Portia loses her role in the TV Show where she thought she was the star and Elliott is outed as a compulsive liar and narcissist by Julian (Brandon Michael Hall), Dory's ex-boyfriend who is a writer. Dory, meanwhile, meets Chantal's neurotic ex-boyfriend Gavin (Griffin Newman), a flighty real estate woman named Lorraine (Rosie Perez), a weird cult living behind a jewelry store and a private eye named Keith (Ron Livingston), who she has an affair with, all of whom she believes to have a role in Chantal's disappearance.

The family's matriarch is J's estranged grandmother, Janine "Smurf" Cody, from whom he's been shielded for years. J soon finds out the reason for the isolation -- Smurf and "her boys" make their livings through carefully planned armed robberies and other criminal activities. Prominent perpetrators are Smurf's relatively level-headed right-hand man Baz and her three sons: mentally disturbed ex-con Pope, hyperactive drug user Craig, and suspicious Deran. In order to stay alive, J must prove loyal to his beguiling grandmother, who rules with a borderline-incestuous love. /////////// 'B' - The series follows Earn (Donald Glover) during his daily life in Atlanta, Georgia, as he tries to redeem himself in the eyes of his ex-girlfriend (the mother of his daughter), his parents, and his cousin, who raps under the stage name "Paper Boi". Having dropped out of Princeton University, Earn has no money and no home, and so he alternates between staying with his parents and his girlfriend. Once he realizes that his cousin is on the verge of stardom, he desperately seeks to reconnect in order to improve his life and the life of his daughter, Lotti.
