So women/girls who were forced into it can be given support instead of prison sentences. The idea is to reduce demand for sex services, and therefore lower supply as well. 5 years ago
Actually, B is not ridiculous; it's a way to combat the trafficking/exploitation of women/children in the sex industry. 5 years ago +1
Same birthday, I'm making myself my slave! 5 years ago +3
The world will always be fked up. I just focus on making a difference, and I think about the individual people I can help instead of the world as a whole. 5 years ago +1

The downside of legal prostitution is it tends to lead to more women being trafficked to work against their will. It's definitely a more complicated issue than it seems, though I still support legalization overall. 5 years ago +2

I don't 'like' abortion, but it could be the best choice for many women, and it's certainly not my choice to make for them. 5 years ago +9
I like how this is dark yet peaceful in a way. Have more faith in yourself and continue writing if you enjoy it :) 5 years ago
South Park reference? 5 years ago +11
The letters are on the pictures, so I'd hope not, lol. 5 years ago +11
I know they're cliche answers, but Of Mice and Men, The Catcher in the Rye, and The Great Gatsby really hold a lot of meaning to me. I tend to enjoy classics. 5 years ago +2
I wanna do non-profit work and it doesn't pay much. 6 years ago

Yup, Norway is beautiful, especially the fjords. 6 years ago
I could live in Scandinavia for sure. 6 years ago +2
HIV/AIDS is only spread through sex/blood. Someone travelling isn't going to infect you unless you have unprotected sex or share a needle with them. 6 years ago +3
I'm happy to say I voted for Johnson. 6 years ago +4
No one is disrespecting Christians. We just don't appreciate people who have offensive beliefs and state them as though they should be fact to everyone else. 6 years ago +8
google search it if you're curious, there are tons of articles out there. It mostly has to do with the legal process. 6 years ago
the death penalty is actually more expensive than life in prison 6 years ago
It's not a bad thing. Hundreds of thousands are arrested for marijuana every year. Think about that cost - police men, probation officers, etc. It's no wonder that both police unions and private prisons are two of the biggest groups lobbying against legalization. They're making bank from it being illegal, but the tax payers are paying for it. 6 years ago +2
The government would save/earn tons of money. It's also pretty safe. 6 years ago +2
Introverted vs extroverted is more complicated than shy vs outgoing. Look into 'Quiet' by Susan Cain or take a myers-briggs test. 6 years ago
I always thought the imperfect conjugations were funny, like trabajaba. 6 years ago +2

nice to meet everyone that has never seen me around before! 6 years ago +10
Just stop calling everyone that disagrees with you a 'hater'. 6 years ago +3
I live a good/virtuous life anyway - I don't need fear of retribution to do so. I think that's better than being a good person only because of fear, and hopefully a God would see that. 6 years ago +8
but I doubt many people are dateable here! 6 years ago +3
From a writing perspective, JK put so much thought into the entire series - she had planned most of the plot ahead of time. The amount of planning that required is so crazy to even think about. There are hundreds of characters, and the bigger characters are extremely well fleshed out and develop over time. It's about more than a romance. Also - I think the series gave many kids interest in reading. I had a lot of friends when I was little that hated reading until they read Harry Potter. 6 years ago +13
*you're 6 years ago +5
I think it depends on the people, not the religion. 6 years ago +4
I'd prefer baking, though. 6 years ago +2
Aren't Republicans usually pro-gun? 6 years ago +11
Pour B, je peux travailler sur mon français! 6 years ago

Some people will always need to work on Thanksgiving: police, hospital staff, fire fighters, airport staff, etc. 6 years ago +8
I graduated with around 600. I had never heard of some of the names called out during the ceremony! 6 years ago +2
then what's the point? 6 years ago +3
Being clingy makes guys look desperate to me. 6 years ago
Texas really isn't as bad as everyone makes it seem. 6 years ago +4
I think gun ownership is an extremely important right. Guns can save lives, too. 6 years ago +2
I know. Blunts have tobacco right? 6 years ago +3
I agree that's all necessary. However, most economists would agree that the only losers from illegal immigration are young/low skilled native workers and the people that are waiting years to come here legally. 6 years ago +2
how would we ever finance a 100% secure border? 6 years ago +1
I don't care for tobacco. 6 years ago
If you don't like the debates in the comments, just don't read them. Simple. 6 years ago +2
People say third parties have no chance, but the only way to give them a chance is to vote for them, so why not. 6 years ago +7
There is a difference, but I still think both should be legal and regulated. 6 years ago +2
It seriously takes a second - I have no idea why it bothers either gender so much. 6 years ago +3
You could wish for a super high paying job or a winning lottery ticket. It's not unlimited, but then you still get 2 other wishes! 6 years ago +2
Already read both and I'd rather read Gatsy again if it's for fun. 6 years ago +2
I'm actually a registered Libertarian, and it really disappoints me that so many people have no idea what it is. 6 years ago +7
