good question. if there is liberty then you can input your own justice. so if someone kills a loved one of yours, then by all means, you choose the best punishment for them and act upon it.

I believe that absolute liberty rests on absolute, fair justice, equal to all, the poor and the wealthy, the leaders and the followers, the enforcers and the enforced, the offenders and the offended. Option A suggests that killers and rapists can get away with their crimes, and option B suggests that everyone will get what they deserve, and is pretty vague on what is and isn't allowed.

Well, without Liberty we aren't free. If we aren't free and get punished, that's just messed up. At the same time though, both answers are bad. If everyone can do whatever with no punishment people will die from lack of brain cells on the spot.

Everyone else who voted otherwise is nine or doesn’t understand what the words mean but they are entitled to there opinion liberty with no justice means I can shoot someone or torture and rape someone and just walk down the road like what a wonderful day to be alive whilst if I have justice with no liberty it means I am free (provided they have the same justice as us) until I shoot someone it’s basically a choice of laws or no laws

If you all are asking what liberty is, look at the description of the question. In fact, here's a word - for-word in case you can't find it. Liberty: The power or scope to act as one pleases

The Meaning of Justice can always change from one generation/day to the next and one person's interpretation of justice will always differ from another's point of view. The same thing can be said about Liberty as well but if push came to shove, Give me Liberty or Give me Death.

Liberty is quite overvalued. Without justice it equals to anarchy, while if there is TRUE justice, one would have no reason to cry for liberty.
