You and the person you dislike the most have both been kidnapped by a deluded psychopath. He's dangerously ill and violent, but also highly intelligent, manipulative and lacks remorse. He has murdered more than 50 people and was placed in a mental institution that he managed to escape from. However, unlike your enemy, you seem to have no problem finding a common language with him. He feeds you but starves your enemy. He beats and rapes them but spares you. A few days later he lets you free but keeps your enemy captive. Eventually, the police capture him but he refuses to tell anyone what has he done to your enemy.
