Which would you rather get (more often, if you get them already)? (By Peritwinkle MaleGold MedalGold TrophySuper StarDiamondBronze Crown 6 years ago)

Peritwinkle says If you don't know what they are, sleep paralysis is when you know you're awake, but you can't move no matter how hard you try. If you try and break through it, you get a very heavy feeling on your body that is very frustrating and scary. While that is happening, people commonly hallucinate about demons, fast flashing lights, and/or screams. Panic attacks are the feeling of extreme anxiety that comes very suddenly. You breathe very fast and you feel your heart is about to stop and die. People commonly get them back because they worry that scary feeling will come again. It's kind of like the dementors in Harry Potter, where all the happy feelings are sucked out of your body.
